Donating books
Short version: yes, we want them, and thank you.
We are a small barn staffed by volunteers, and anything we cannot sell we have to pay to dispose of. So, regretfully, there are some things we have to turn down. If you would not hand it to a friend, we probably cannot sell it.
Because of limited shelf space, we can take one box or one bag per person, per visit.

We are a 501(c)(3), so donations of books are tax-deductible. Ask a volunteer for a receipt when you drop off - the IRS asks you to set the value yourself, so we will leave that part to you.
